Purchasing a Gift Voucher
You have the option to purchase either an E-Voucher or Postal Voucher. All vouchers come with an expiry date and a unique number, which the recipient will need to provide when they call up to redeem their voucher. No bookings can be made online.
Christmas Gift Vouchers will be dated from 25th December. All Catton Hall vouchers are valid for 1 year & can be post dated for a special date, such as Christmas, Birthdays or Anniversaries.

Terms and Conditions
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
All vouchers will be charged and processed within 24 hours of the purchase. Please allow at least 24hrs for your E-Vouchers to be sent. Postal vouchers are sent out first class via Royal Mail. Please allow 7 days for your vouchers to arrive. In either case, if your voucher does not reach you in time, please call us on 01928 788295. Our office hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.
Refund / Cancellation Policy
Please note: Refunds are prohibited once the voucher has been charged, processed and sent out by post or e-mail. Vouchers can be upgraded upon request. Vouchers, once booked in, are non-transferable to another date. Vouchers are all issued with an expiry date. This is striclty non-extendable. Activities generally run on Saturdays but other days maybe available upon request. Early booking is advisable to avoid disappointment.
