Catton Hall Shooting Ground offers a high quality, first class Clay Shooting experience in a superb Cheshire countryside setting. At Catton Hall tuition is readily available for individuals, groups, corporate clients, complete beginners and pro shots. Proprietor Martin Mann, is one of the registered Clay Pigeon Shooting Association instructors and with safety being of paramount importance, rest assured he and his team of experienced coaches are present at all times.
The landscape at Catton Hall offers a fantastic terrain for sporting clay shooting, situated within elevated fields and a woodland valley, the perfect environment for every variation of simulated clay target imaginable. The Shooting Ground is widely acknowledged as the premier Shooting Ground in the North West and due to its close proxmimity to Chester, Liverpool and Manchester is very popular with groups looking for a day out. The ground holds Competitons once a month and is open for practice every Wednesday, lessons take place every Saturday and other days are organised during the week.
Catton Hall caters for groups of all sizes and ages from Corporate events, Stags and Hen , private groups, & individuals looking for a fun day, high quality day out.
The cost of your session includes all equipment, cartridges, ear defenders, safety glasses and an experienced instructor will accompany you at all times. See Prices..
We have an Open Practice Day for personal gun licence holders run between the hours of 10.30am - 4pm every Wednesday
Lessons for individuals and groups take place every Saturday but can also be organised on other days with forward notice.

Corporate Clients
The excellent facilities at Catton Hall have made it an extremely popular venue for Corporate Clay Shooting Days, serving clients from all over the North West particulalrly businesses throughout the Manchester, Liverpool, Chester and Warrington area. Choose from either a morning, afternoon or full day shoot, starting with a practice followed by a competition finishing with a trophy presentation. Then round off your day in the shooting lodge with great food, wine and a fantastic atmosphere that encourages lively conversation about the days success! Corporate Clay Shooting days are available for groups of between 5 to 90 participants.

10.30am 50 Clay Practice with qualified Instructors in groups of 5/6
13.00pm Lunch
13.30pm 50 Clay Competition with qualified instructors
16.15pm Pre-Dinner Drinks in the Lodge - Chance to mingle with guests who will all be in high spirits after the days success...
16.45pm 3 Course Dinner or 2 Course BBQ - Trophy Presentations
